I'm so excited about my new camera! I had to go out and take a few shots with the moon being so big and bright the other night. Don't judge my photography too harshly, but I thought these turned out pretty cool for my first time taking pictures of the night sky.
The thing is, I've had the technical knowledge of how to work a nice camera from my classes in school and reading up online, but never had the equipment to practice it. I love being able to have control over the camera. This is indeed a miraculous graduation present! My parents are the best.
I always love pictures with silhouetted trees.
I don't have the right lens to capture the detail of the moon, but I think the lighting was really pretty.
Doesn't the orange glow from the street light look pretty cool and eerie in the last photo?
Also, I'm officially done with undergrad! So now I get to bum around until graduation things start on Thursday and Friday. I can't believe I'm done. It doesn't feel all so final though because I'll be here for grad school next fall. Once that's over I'll really feel old!
I'm pretty pumped to have time to do whatever I want for a couple months!
