Hello! I wore this outfit last week on a day that primarily consisted of an outing to Chipotle with Jeanie. I decided it was time I wore this thrifted short sleeved sweater before it gets too hot to wear it. I put on this whole outfit minus the scarf and was just looking in the mirror wondering what was missing. Obviously it needed my music composer scarf. I really think it was the perfect finishing touch.
short sleeved sweater: gap - thrifted | houndstooth mini skirt: thrifted | tights: kmart | mary jane heels: croft & barrow - kohl's ?| composer scarf: thrifted | faux leather jacket: ashley by twenty six international - ross dress for less | soiree earrings: stella & dot
I love when I realize so much of an outfit is thrifted. I rarely realize it until I put together an outfit post.
You can't see the houndstooth pattern on this skirt from a distance. The skirt works as a neutral piece and because of this I tend to mix other patterns with it. You can't tell I'm print mixing until you get closer. I'm like a wizard! Or a print ghost?
Woo happy Friday! The weekend is finally here! I always have ten billion things to do for class over the weekend, but I intend on relaxing too. Which means I'll be proudly procrastinating all weekend. Go me.
Have a great weekend!
