This Wolf & Whistle abstract palm tree print dress has become a new favorite because of the perfect fit and fantastic flutter sleeves. I picked it up at Modcloth on sale a little while back and had worn it previously on a very cold trip to Terrapin Brewery where it was covered by a wool coat the entire time. For its blog debut, I styled it on a hot day with some black wedges, my Cameoko gold hexagon necklace, and a pair of black wayfarer sunglasses. Happy Monday everyone! Here's a colorful outfit I wore a couple weeks ago. I wanted to style my new sleeveless turtleneck from Boohoo and when I glanced over at this fun skirt I knew I'd found a perfect pairing. Mom made this skirt for me a couple years ago and it doesn't get worn nearly enough. I guess there are only so many ways to wear a crazy print like this. I enjoyed the lack of neutral colors in this outfit though. It was partly cloudy and I kept trying to time the shots with the cloud cover but almost every time I went to press the remote the clouds moved. So of course my color balance changed every time the clouds parted and awful harsh direct sun lighting is never good. Luckily I got a few decent shots anyway! You guys. I've acquired way too much new stuff over the past couple of weeks. I think I'm actually going to have to leave some stuff at home when I go back to school. And also I need to not spend any more money. But that's the moral of my story almost all the time. So I figured I'd share my new stuff with you since a lot of it is great thrift finds or bargains and I always love hearing about people's bargain finds. First up: my tiger head dress courtesy of PersunMall which you guys saw yesterday. I think it'll be cool paired with some boots in the fall. Or maybe a colorful cardigan and flats. The 80s dress I found at Savers up in Illinois. It fits me perfectly and I need to wear it asap. New bows! And thrifted scarves! I spent too much on this OCC Lip Tar in Queen but it's so pretty!
