That corpse bride costume might be one of the best costumes I've seen...EVER. I adore it. I'm also loving the illustrations depicting the villans if they won. I secretly always rooted for them. :P

Oh WOW the Corpse Bride costume is the best ever!! I love Tim Burton and all his creations.. I've loved them since I was a little girl! My entire room was actually decorated like The Nightmare Before Christmas for years when I was a teen.. black walls and purple accents. Jack and sally bedspread.. everything! LOL

I'm a big fan of what I call "pajama dresses," which are really just jersey knit skater dresses . They're comfortable enough to sleep in, yet can look 100% put-together if styled nicely. That's exactly what I did with this light blue dress California-based shop Tobi sent me to style. (Someone even asked me why I was dressed so nice at the dog park! Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Plus it was easy to walk around in all day because I wore nice, comfy Keds. dress (worn as a skirt): Modcloth.com blouse, belt, bag: thrifted cardigan: ann taylor loft; thrifted shoes: keds sunglasses: kohls earrings: forever 21 I quite enjoyed my brightly colored nails. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give! Oh well, it looks cool. skirt, top, shoes: thrifted | tights, earrings, hair bow: forever21.com  I got to pull out my bag of long-sleeved tops and sweaters and such today.
