Happy Monday everyone! Here's an outfit Jeanie wore the other day. We both bought this same dress in different patterns in the Target kids' section the other day. Hers has little happy deer all over it. This outfit is almost entirely from the kids' department at Target though. Which means either adults are wearing adult-looking outfits or we're wearing childish outfits. I like to assume it's the first situation. Either way, this outfit is da bomb. Something about the colors in this outfit shows off my ultimate pallor, but that's okay! I wore this to a graduation party last weekend. Dresses are the simplest way to look like you tried without having to put forth much effort. I've just been in a dress mood lately too, I guess! This one was a bargain during one of Modcloth's sales. I think I paid something around $16 for it. This is the first time I got to show off the cutout back detail! Jeanie told me I looked like I was channeling The Brady Bunch. She also told me that's what I should title this blog post because I had braids in my hair. I've been experimenting with my hair lately because it's probably time I learnt to do things with it. Plus it hasn't been this long since about 6th grade, so I'm trying new things! This time I did braids. I've been an eyeliner addict for years, but I'm actually comfortable not wearing it now. Once in a while. It looks quite summery to me with a colorful lip. Jeanie is 18 now! So here is her outfit from that day! She wanted to show off her new ring. It's a pretty cool deer. I love thrift finds. She did her hair in a very cool way too. It fell out when we got to the restaurant though. Now I'm almost caught up with my pictures! I spent a lot of Wednesday night catching up on blogs too. It was enjoyable. I'm glad it's Friday because I'm having a dinner party get together with some old high school friends tonight. It should be pretty awesome, especially since one of those old friends is a chef now and will be doing the cooking. Happy Friday!
