Heart Sweater & Heart Tights for Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! I thought I'd throw together a quick post of what I wore today. It's pretty casual because all I did was go to class, but the sweater is so festive I had to share! (Tomorrow I'll show you what I wore out for Valentine dinner last night.)



I'm just going to pretend this strange picture was intentional and not the result of me not paying attention whilst taking pictures because I had to leave for class 5 minutes ago.

Bright pink lipstick! I wore a little bit of pink eye shadow too, but you can't see it. Sad.


I hope you all had a jolly Valentine celebration and/or ate lots of chocolate treats. I'm about to gorge myself on delicious chocolaty goodness once I'm done writing this post. I'm alone on this Valentine night, but Matt and I celebrated yesterday and hung out this morning so I'm completely satisfied with this year's Valentine's day. Tonight is for me to relax and eat chocolate and possibly drink chocolate milk with said chocolate. It will be a delightful time!

I'm not a huge fan of the shorts, but I love the sweater. And, best of all, you look downright adorable! Love that lipstick on you!

OMGoodness I love the sweater and tights! Shorts and tights are a great combo and these are such a subtle but fun and girly combo! I love your sweater too! Your photos are always so cute!

All I did for V-day was go to class and see my dad for lunch! :) He gave me a TJ Maxx gift card, which was the best present ever. Don't need no man but mah dad hahaha!

Your sweater is precious! I really like how all the hearts are going in every direction~ it makes it such a fun top!

I'm a big fan of what I call "pajama dresses," which are really just jersey knit skater dresses . They're comfortable enough to sleep in, yet can look 100% put-together if styled nicely. Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give!
