Red Patterned Romper, Blue Cardigan, Silver Sandals, & a Spiky Necklace

Happy Friday everyone! Here are some of the pictures Matt and I took up on UGA's north campus a few days after graduation. People were still going around taking graduation pictures for at least a week afterward. I figured I could make an outfit post out of the photos we took so here it is! I had to wear red, of course, so I threw on this super comfortable red romper. This short sleeved cardigan matches the pattern in the romper perfectly so it had to be worn. (I've actually worn this same romper/cardigan combo before because it works so well.) Then I added some silver accessories. Comfortable to walk around in but cute enough for graduation pictures. I may share some pictures this weekend that aren't just me hanging around near the arch and the fountain.

This whole look is so cute! Love how the cardi matches the romper and how the romper matches your hair :) And these sandals are perfectly cute too! I've been looking for some metallic ones lately but couldn't find any as nice as yours.

The features of your campus are so strikingly similar to ours at UA--like he gold on black plaques and the color of the bricks. Hee her, what a pretty campus you have! I love that first picture between the posts. :) You are lookin so cute in your red white and blue ensemble, Miss Jamie!!

These are so great. Is it weird to say that I think the outfit looks so great with your hair. Also the campus looks so academic and idyllic. I go to school in a city so our campus is really deconstructed and all over the place. Like one building of classes is on one city block and then another is at a different building four blocks away but its just like other things, normal businesses, skyscraper apartments in between. Ive always liked the really classic romanticized campuses like yours!

I'm a big fan of what I call "pajama dresses," which are really just jersey knit skater dresses . They're comfortable enough to sleep in, yet can look 100% put-together if styled nicely. Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give!
