Leopard High-Low Skirt, Orange Sunglasses, & a Pink T-shirt

It was hot walking to class yesterday! I felt like wearing something that would be comfortable and light so I pulled out my slightly over-sized American Apparel t-shirt. I wore my leopard print dress as a skirt again too. I think I've worn it more this way than as a dress. It's really great that I can get two different looks out of it though! 

Also, check out my newest pair of sunglasses! They're so big and orange! I love them. You can never have too many pairs of sunglasses.

I was not feeling the heat yesterday at all. It wasn't even that bad, but when I walk quickly to class I end up sweaty and disgusting by the time I get there. I guess I should be used to this by now. Time to re-acclimate!

It went from being in the 40s here to the 80s! I've been feeling the heat too - t's just such a shock for some reason. You look adorable - the pink and leopard are so fun together. And yay for new sunnies

I'm pretty sure that you've got some of the cutest sunglasses around. You always find the most bright and loveliest ones. These are no exception, and I love the ombre lenses!

Pink and leopard... now there is a combination I really want to try! You've inspired me. :D

And girl, I totally feel you on the heat. I walked ten minutes and was almost sweating and it was only 70 degrees. I'm not ready for the humidity! This darn southern weather, trying to make us all gross.

Don't you love how it seems to go from winter to summer sometimes? It was almost 90 here today while last week it snowed! What is up with that?

I'm a big fan of what I call "pajama dresses," which are really just jersey knit skater dresses . They're comfortable enough to sleep in, yet can look 100% put-together if styled nicely. Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give!
