Blue Buffalo Plaid Flannel, Black A-line Skirt, & Knee High Boots

This outfit is actually from right before winter break so it's a couple weeks old, but I figured I should share it before the year is up. I'll have a few outfits from the end of December up in January, but that's okay! I think I wore this to one of my finals or something. I've really been liking these new boots because they're both comfy and knee length which differs from my many ankle boots. I feel like any length of boot in between the ankle and knee tends to make my legs look stumpier even though - for my height - I have long-ish legs.

This is a great skirt, I love the sheer panel along the bottom. And I love that the plaid makes it a bit more casual :)

I'm a big fan of what I call "pajama dresses," which are really just jersey knit skater dresses . They're comfortable enough to sleep in, yet can look 100% put-together if styled nicely. Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Don't Dream It

...be it! I love a good performance of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. We went to see the live shadow cast Lips Down on Dixie perform at the Plaza Theatre in Atlanta. It was awesome, as always! This is Jeanie and her friend Leslie before they got their lipstick Rocky virgin V's on their foreheads. Leslie even got the honor of holding the criminologist's book during a part of the show. Pretty ballin'. Butt shot! Yes, those are heels I have on with leopard print pajamas. It was a take on Columbia in the touch-a touch me scene. The real pj's are stripes, but this is what I had! I did have the mickey ears and crazy makeup though, so it counts. [How fun would it be to wear one of those costumes for Halloween?] I always enjoy this show.
