Outfit: Leopard Print Dress with a Leather Jacket and Wayfarer Sunglasses

Is there any place that calls for wearing leopard print more than the zoo? I wear leopard print for nearly any occasion but when Matt made plans for us to go to Zoo Atlanta I figured this leopard print dress from Boohoo would be perfect for the trip! This dress is one of my favorites and is very comfortable. It was a cool day so I paired it with my black leather jacket and the comfy black heels I got on clearance at Shoe Carnival a little while back.

Unfortunately I didn't see any actual leopards at the zoo. We stood and watched the gorillas for a long while. They're probably my favorite animal to watch. My not-so-inner anthropology nerd was showing. We also saw the fluffy giant panda cubs getting some treats and a kangaroo mom with a joey riding along. I've lived in the Atlanta area for well over 10 years and had never been to the zoo. It was a fun birthday present!

I can't help it. I love to pose with statues. The lizard one kind of looks creepily realistic.

Gwah! You look adorable! We live right by our zoo, I keep trying to convince Kyle that it is perfectly fine to go in the winter. I really love your dress! I will have to try this look when it is warm again by us!

Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Pink Leopard Dress & Striped Tights

Happy Monday! Although I'm not sure how many happy things I'll be doing since I have a ton of school crap to catch up on. I see lots of coffee in my future...
