I feel like I have a different hair color in every new post here! I've been having fun trying out new non-red hair colors these past few months. These pictures were taken right after I had my hair done so it was very freshly toned with purple toner to make it nice and cool-toned. I enjoyed the way it contrasted with my warm-toned outfit. Now my hair is pink though - so head over to Instagram to see that! 

Now on to the outfit: Most of these pieces have been seen on the blog before minus my new-ish brown fringe sandals I bought off of Amazon for $10. They're really comfortable too! I styled them with a top I got on clearance at Target and a handmade floral print pleated skirt.

I've been absent a little while since I was away on vacation in Las Vegas and have also been working a lot prior to that. Las Vegas was awesome and my bachelorette party was a ton of fun, including seeing Thunder From Down Under again, eating tapas, and hitting up a club. I already want to go back again even though I've been multiple times. It's just a fun place!

Now we're heading into the just-over-4-months mark until the wedding (how??) and have some final things to decide on, including planning some sort of honeymoon for the week after. I may need to brush up the wedding website a little bit, we need to pick food, decide on what to say/music to play for the ceremony, get my dress altered, etc. etc. So much to do!

I'm a big fan of what I call "pajama dresses," which are really just jersey knit skater dresses . They're comfortable enough to sleep in, yet can look 100% put-together if styled nicely. Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give!
