Zebra & Dots

I have never received so many compliments on campus about an outfit than when I wore this. I was surprised because I really had no ideas about what to wear that morning and just threw this on. I decided the polka dots and zebra print could work together. And it surely did! At least in my book.

Some girl actually ran up to me to tell me I looked - and I quote, "fabulous". Which made me feel fabulous indeed! Although I was startled at first because she ran up to me from behind. She said something about my color matching or something. Hooray compliments!

I like this back picture of me. Do I look like I'm trying to seduce you? Is it working?




Today is day one of finals. I'm honestly not worried and am really just waiting out the days until I can go home for the summer. Less than a week and I'll be done. Woo!

I can see why you got so many compliments! This is indeed a great outfit! I love the colors and the way that the patterns play off of each other. I love when I don't put much efforts into an outfit and then it just WERQs. Well done!

This is one of the most beautiful dresses ever, definitely one of my favourites of yours. The zebra with it is amazing, so creative of you to think of it. I've been wanting an item in zebra print for awhile now, just need to find it.

Don't you just feel "fabulous' when people walk up and compliment you out of the blue? It always just makes my day! I'd have to say you do look awfully stellar--this green dress is DARLING with the cute bow collar...and I love it paired with zebra. Perfect!!!

Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give!
