White Polka Dot Dress & Yellow Wedges

How is it Friday already? This week went by entirely too fast.

I wore this polka dot dress on Sunday to hang out with some family friends. These fantastically yellow wedges are a recent Target purchase. I swear I always find the best shoes at Target. Mom spotted this pair for me though. They were on clearance for $7 so I had to buy them even though I have about a billion pairs of shoes. They were the only ones left and just happened to be my size. My justification is that I didn't have any yellow shoes yet. Can you ever really have too many shoes?
Yeah I'm probably getting to that point...

Did I mention how much I love this dress? I really need to wear it more often. It's definitely coming with me to visit Illinois next month.

Fabulous outfit you look so stunning!
Those shoes are amazing too what a great bargain....it doesn't matter how many shoes you have....you simply couldn't have left them behind!

Oh, you can never go wrong with a pretty polka dot dress. And I can't get over how cute your dainty yellow hair bow is. Seriously, how cute ARE you! I feel like half the time I comment on your posts I'm just gushing over how pretty you are. Oh well. :D

I adore the yellow touches in this outfit. I saw those shoes on instagram and I thought they suited your style so well. Such a perfect dress. I LOVE polka dots and this is one colour combination of polka dots I don't have but I'd really like to get this sort of dress.

Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give!
