Blue Lace, Houndstooth Mini Skirt, & Neon Nails

Happy Wednesday! Can you guys believe it's July already? I don't want it to be this late in the summer yet! I'm not ready to give up my leisure time.

Anyway, I wore this on Monday and only ended up leaving the house to drop some books off at the library. These are exciting times, my friends. I recently ordered this blue lace top from the Delia's website when they had a big clearance sale. I paid about $5 for it. You can't beat that! I paired it with my trusty houndstooth mini skirt which just does not photograph correctly no matter how many times I try. At least you can see the print in person and in the close-up shots!

lace top: delia's | houndstooth mini skirt: thrifted | sandals: shoe carnival | earrings & belt: mom's
nail polish: china  glaze - highlight of my summer

Boy do I have a patriotic outfit post planned for tomorrow. Be prepared. If there ever can be a slightly socially-acceptable themed outfit, I take full advantage of the opportunity.

Lace and houndstooth... now there's something I've never seen! But it looks so goooooodddd. Especially since you kept everything else neutral.

Man, you strike some good deals. I clearly need to do more sale shopping. I either get super rad cheap deals or decide to pay a ton for something, haha!

And also, (braces self for awesome patriotic outfit). I can't wait to your rad 4th of July outfit. On the other hand, I'm lame and will probably just wear something red :P :P

Hehe, I can't wait to see your patriotic outfit! I really want to go all-out this year, but it might be a challenge since my belly makes wearing my normal clothes a bit difficult.
