Floral Cardigan, Maroon Dress, & Snake Skin Flats

Happy Friday! I wore this dress and cardigan combination to my last class of the semester yesterday. (Unfortunately I have three final papers to write within the next week.) This dress is so incredibly comfortable sometimes I like to call it my pajama dress. I could seriously sleep in it. I have it in black too, which strangely hasn't been photographed for the blog. I love to throw these dresses on for comfy days or when I don't feel like coming up with an original outfit.

I have a lot of work ahead of me this weekend, but I'll do my best to stay sane with as many breaks as possible and plenty of coffee and tea. Good luck with the end of the semester all you people still in school!

The colours in this outfit are all absolutely perfect together!!! This dress does look super comfy, I love dresses that feel like pjs, love the floral cardigan too.

i love these kind of dresses! i have one like that in black to, its great to have pieces in your closet like this when your feeling lazy and dont want to put something together but still look cute! good luck with your papers! :)

I'm a big fan of what I call "pajama dresses," which are really just jersey knit skater dresses . They're comfortable enough to sleep in, yet can look 100% put-together if styled nicely. Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Leather Scalloped Skirt, Polka Dots, & Orange Tights

Happy weekend everyone! I just had the most lazy weird Friday ever, so I'm updating later than usual. I basically slept on and off since class got done at noon. I know, I'm pretty exciting. This outfit was fun today though! I wore my leather skirt that we recently DIY scallop hemmed. I may post a little tutorial of sorts on how to do that, but it's pretty self explanatory. I like that the skirt is a little shorter now. It still squeezes my insides right at the waist, but it's more comfortable now that I'm having a few skinny months. Leather just doesn't have any give!
