Jean Jacket, Olive Green Sweater, Leopard Top, Leather Skirt, & Leopard Print Tights

Happy Monday! Here's an outfit I wore last month that I'm just now posting. I'm behind! I wore this to the Neutral Milk Hotel concert. I was plenty warm with my sweater and jean jacket. These studded loafers are nice and comfy (now that they have those Dr. Scholls pads stuck on the back to protect my ankles), so they're good concert shoes. This outfit just makes me really happy that it's fall and I can actually do some layering without dying of heat stroke.

What is it about this leopard print shirt and olive green sweater that makes them look so perfect together? It's definitely one of my favorite layering combinations in my closet.






I hope you guys have a great week. This is the week before Thanksgiving break so I have about a billion things due. I'm going to need plenty of coffee, caffeinated tea, and trail mix to power me through the rest of my research and paper-writing. For all my readers who are students too, I wish you the best of luck finishing up the semester and/or making it to Thanksgiving break.

ah gahd, I don't even want to think about pre-Thanksgiving things I've gotta do... the semester is going to come to a close so quickly after Thanksgiving rolls by. DO NOT WANT YET. Stress level 999/10 right now. I feel ya girl.

Props to you for looking so cute on such a busy week, though. I love the green and leopard together!!

Your hair is PERFECT and so are those tights.

And yeah, holiday's were weird the few times I didn't have anywhere to go. The only thing we celebrate is Christmas Eve and a bit of Christmas.

All this leopard print is amazing: I've been away from the blog-world for a little while, so now I get it all in one hit! I don't have any leopard, other than one pair of shoes, and you are really making me think I should. I think my fave outfit of all was last week's dress with the burgundy jacket and seamed tights - what a classic! Kx

Oh, that's a good idea with the Dr Scholls on the backs, I have a few pairs of shoes I love but they always rub the backs of my ankles raw. Ill have to give that a try now! (And loving the tights, you are like the queen of rocking awesome patterned tights.)

Botanical Fun

These pictures are from my outing to The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, which just so happens to be conveniently located about 8 minutes from my apartment. There were still a nice amount of flowers blooming so it was really pretty. I decided I needed to get more wears out of my pretty Steal the Game Show dress from Modcloth so I took some inspiration from other bloggers and wore it as a skirt! I actually really liked how this outfit turned out. Pink Leopard Dress & Striped Tights

Happy Monday! Although I'm not sure how many happy things I'll be doing since I have a ton of school crap to catch up on. I see lots of coffee in my future...
